Pricing

Payments
- An invoice is sent to your nominated email address at the completion of the service.
- Larger jobs will require a 50% deposit.
- Cash is accepted upon discussion.
- All invoices must be paid with in 48 hours, unless discussed otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation on the spot or on the day of your scheduled booking or 24 hours prior will result in a full payment fee.
- We understand unexpected delays can occur, all bookings are planned to a strict time and schedule for each day and it is important for our staff and other client’s needs.
- Staff will wait 15 mins of the scheduled time arrival of the booking at the location of the service, if no contact can be made a cancellation fee will apply.
Company Policy
- Depending upon the condition of the property at the time of the clean will reflect the time and price.
- An addition travel cost to each location from our office to the destination will occur of $1 per kilometer.
- All equipment and supplies are included in the hourly rate.
- Physical quotations are free of charge and are recommended for larger jobs and end of lease cleans.
- Depending on the size of the home will reflect the number of staff needed.
- Staff may ask for permission to take before and after pictures for evidence of the service and for profiles of organizations that are involved in your agreement.
- Matriark office team will ask for personal information to confirm your booking such as, Identification, email address, contact number, address etc.
- Gift cards are located from our office and must be used with in 12 months of the purchase date. Any lost cards will not be re issued and can not be redeemed for cash.
- A minimum of a 1 hour booking for all provided services applies.
